Daytime

Our office opens at 6 am Monday to Saturday and 7am on Sunday. During this time, you won't have to wait more than 3 rings for the phone to be answered, and for your call to be handled courteously and professionally.

Because of where we are, we do hit a 'quiet period' around midnight during the week and after 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays. During these hours up until 6 am the following morning, we have a Voicemail system which will record a booking for the next day.

We still have cars out during these hours and the easiest way to help us to provide the level of service you expect is to pre-book your journey.

We will soon be moving to a full 24 hour staffed call centre, and then you can call us anytime!
